Championships at Pro Bowl Games
- Winners advance to NFL FLAG Championships at Pro Bowl Games
- This is a 5 v 5 NFL FLAG non-contact, version of flag football. Each roster may hold 10 players and a maximum of two coaches. *Recreation Team - Boys and Girls Club, YMCA, JCC (Jewish Community Center), PAL (Police Athletic League), or a Park and Recreation NFL FLAG Program.
